Governance: building trust every day

ESG governance is an integral part of our strategy: we operate with transparency, responsibility and a long-term vision. From compliance management to the adoption of the Code of Ethics and oversight of the supply chain, we translate principles into concrete actions, generating trust and value over time.

  • ESG Rating: the Ferroli Group has been awarded the EcoVadis "Committed Medal", a recognition that assesses organizations’ ESG performance through a structured analysis based on 21 criteria, divided into four key areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. This assessment process, which the entire Group undergoes annually, represents a voluntary commitment aimed at monitoring the impact of business activities across the entire value chain.

  • Certifications: we adopt an Integrated Management System certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, confirming our commitment to quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental responsibility.

  • Code of Ethics and compliance: we operate in accordance with our Code of Ethics and strict anti-corruption standards, supported by whistleblowing and speak-up systems and by a 231 organizational and management model.

  • Responsible value chain: we actively engage our suppliers in our sustainability journey through a dedicated Supplier Code of Conduct and assessment systems that integrate ESG criteria into contractual relationships.
