Social sphere: People First
We place people at the heart of everything we do: we value talent, collaboration, and a safe, inclusive environment. We promote the well-being and continuous growth of our people, extending our commitment to the local area through initiatives that support the community. Because creating value means contributing every day to people’s growth, both within and beyond the organization.
Welfare and well-being: we pay particular attention to working conditions and people’s well-being, promoting their satisfaction at a professional, personal and financial level: in 2025, 87% of our employees had access to corporate welfare or benefits.
Network training and development: in the 2024/2025 academic year, our Academy engaged over 1,750 participants in 215 training activities, strengthening the value and expertise of our network.
Internal training and development: in 2025, we delivered over 15,191 hours of training and promoted excellence programs such as the Inspiring Ferroli Corporate Academy, with the scientific contribution of the Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Management.
Community impact: we support social and cultural initiatives in the local area, such as our collaboration with "I bambini delle fate" and the "Più di un sogno" project for the workplace inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.
