Ferroli presents its second Sustainability Report: a growing commitment across the Group

Sustainability is not a destination, but a journey shaped by concrete actions, shared responsibility and a long-term vision. With the publication of our second Sustainability Report, we present the path the Ferroli Group has embarked on towards an increasingly responsible, transparent and value-driven business model, creating lasting value for people, the environment and the communities in which we operate.
The 2025 edition marks an important milestone in this journey: for the first time, the reporting scope has been extended to include all of the Group's European subsidiaries. This represents a significant step forward in strengthening our sustainability approach, providing a more comprehensive and integrated view of the economic, social, and environmental impact of our activities across Europe.
Aware of our role in the energy transition, we continue to invest in increasingly efficient and sustainable technological solutions. Through this Report, we share the results we have achieved, the objectives we are pursuing, and the challenges that will shape our future commitment.
A report focused on transparency and vision
The 2025 Sustainability Report highlights the key initiatives carried out over the past year, focusing on three fundamental pillars:
- Environment: monitoring CO₂ emissions, optimising energy consumption across our production sites through a dedicated Decarbonisation Plan, and launching waste reduction initiatives across our commercial sites.
- People: investing in employee training, health and safety, while fostering an inclusive corporate culture built on respect, diversity, and the development of people's skills and talents.
- Products: assessing the carbon footprint of one of our products to further improve its performance and help reduce the environmental footprint of the buildings in which it is installed.
A concrete roadmap
The Report is not only an account of the progress achieved to date, but also outlines the key priorities that will guide our future actions, including:
- commissioning photovoltaic systems and electric vehicle charging stations
- implementing policies and initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive workplace
- expanding both the number of training hours and the range of employees involved in cross-functional learning programmes
- increasing cybersecurity training initiatives
- mapping the supply chain through dedicated assessment questionnaires
A shared commitment
Our second Sustainability Report is the result of the joint efforts of all company functions and the contribution of a team of more than 30 people. Extending the reporting scope to all European subsidiaries marks another important step in integrating sustainability into the Group's strategies and day-to-day operations.
We are pleased to share this Report with all our stakeholders – customers, suppliers, partners, and employees – as we continue working together towards a more sustainable, efficient, and responsible future.
